Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Banking India, we aim to provide quality educational services to help aspirants prepare confidently for banking and government exams. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for purchases made on our platform.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

• Once a user has successfully enrolled in any paid course, mock test series, or study plan, the purchase is considered final and the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations are not permitted after payment unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment or technical error).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: If the user has been charged more than once for the same service.
• Technical issues: If access to a paid course or content is not granted within 72 hours of payment.
• Incorrect transaction: If the wrong course was purchased and the user reports it within 24 hours.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted with a valid payment receipt or transaction reference.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@bankingindia.in with the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Email ID / Phone Number
• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Fees paid for downloadable content, mock tests, or subscription plans once accessed.
• Charges for demo classes, consultations, or webinars.
• Any discounted or promotional packages.

5. Course Modifications or Discontinuation

Banking India reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course or feature. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the nature and duration of the service used.
